Should the chosen time be fully booked, we will contact you by phone within TWO working days starting from today to make further arrangement. If you do not receive any notice from us, this implies that your appointment is confirmed.

Each appointment must be CANCELLED first before making any changes on subsequent appointments.

Online booking and cancellation can only be made at least TWO working days before the desired appointment date. Each appointment can be cancelled TWO times within one month by customers online.

DCH MSC Ltd. reserves the final decision regarding the arrangement on appointment service.

This on-line booking is not applicable to CTC Service, customers should go to our designated centres to enjoy the service physically.
